Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of enterprise business systems supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, fulfillment, and multi-channel operations. Lead NetSuite ERP product direction, integrations with EDI, WMS, 3PL, and downstream systems, requirements gathering, UAT, releases, and change management. Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, purchasing, invoicing, and scalability.

Own NetSuite ERP administration, configuration, governance, integrations, reporting, data quality, and user support. Assess and improve business processes, establish change-management and release practices, coordinate with Engineering, support Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, Fulfillment, and eCommerce, and lead ERP standardization for acquisitions. Train frontline users, monitor integrations, document the environment, and establish prioritization for ongoing systems improvements.

Own NetSuite ERP and connected business systems, including configuration, administration, integrations, reporting, data quality, change management, user training, and support. Establish governance, documentation, release processes, and prioritization. Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, Fulfillment, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to improve operational workflows, support acquisitions, and ensure reliable data across physical-goods operations.
