Manage end-to-end recruitment operations: job postings, applicant tracking (Ashby), CV screening, phone screens, interview coordination, sourcing outreach, offer paperwork, compliance checks, reference checks, and process improvement using automation and data to scale global hiring.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end product features across backend services and a React frontend. Deliver testable, performant backend services and reusable frontend components. Contribute to multi-stack production systems, shape architecture and domain boundaries, own CI/CD, containerisation, observability, and production behaviour. Use AI tools to accelerate engineering while reviewing and hardening generated code. Participate in code reviews, improve reliability, security, and scalability, and raise engineering standards.
