Join an early-stage AI-native security and compliance startup as a Junior Product Designer. Ship Figma flows and prototypes, do hands-on customer configuration with forward-deployed engineers, iterate quickly using AI tools, and grow scope from small features to end-to-end designs. Work hybrid from Toronto/GTA with mentorship from senior design and a co-founder-led product team.

Build and architect the end-to-end go-to-market stack: CRM, outbound sequencing, integrations, lead scoring and routing, attribution instrumentation, dashboards, deliverability infrastructure, and analytics. Partner with sales to remove bottlenecks, implement automations and custom integrations, and evaluate third-party tools versus in-house builds to drive pipeline and revenue.

Full‑stack engineer who designs, implements, and owns features end‑to‑end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Build reliable, secure production systems, collaborate with product and support to resolve customer issues, and develop AI‑powered workflows and integrations. Emphasis on shipping quickly while maintaining stability and product judgment.
