Lead and coach a team of 6-9 SDRs and AEs, run daily/weekly sales cadence, maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy, enforce HubSpot hygiene, conduct one-on-ones and call coaching, manage hiring/onboarding and performance, own reporting to leadership, and use established sales/coaching methodologies to drive revenue.

Coordinate and execute SaaS implementations for LTL/FTL clients: configure and integrate software, lead project planning and timelines, document progress, test integrations, train users, communicate with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
