Build and maintain full-stack software across frontend and backend systems. Develop APIs, backend services, integrations, and user-facing features; write tested code; debug production issues; and work with databases, AWS, microservices, and CI/CD. Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams, contribute to code reviews, and improve reliability, performance, security, and user experience. Take ownership of work from development through production while continuously learning and using AI tools to improve engineering practices.

Own end-to-end software development and delivery while leading a distributed engineering team. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, code reviews, deployment, DevOps, production reliability, security, performance, incident response, and mentoring. The manager partners with Product and Design, drives technical and product improvements, uses AI tools to enhance engineering productivity, and builds a culture of accountability, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

Own product problem spaces across banking, remittances, wallets, and partnerships. Define outcomes, write requirements, coordinate with engineering/design/partners, run A/B tests, track KPIs, and support go‑to‑market and post‑launch optimization.
