Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for distributed Cloud SaaS systems. Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and applications; lead technical investigations; resolve escalations within SLA; conduct customer troubleshooting sessions; and communicate clearly with enterprise clients.
