Provide attentive, proactive fine-dining service with immaculate presentation. Greet and seat guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain high customer service standards, communicate clearly, anticipate guest needs, and uphold restaurant standards while working as part of the front-of-house team.

Provide HR administration support including maintaining HR databases and personnel systems, producing offers/contracts/correspondence, organising and administering training, and supporting HR Director/Manager with HR policies and procedures.

Greet and check-in guests, manage bookings and reception duties, provide attentive high-standard customer service, communicate clearly, assist proactively with guest needs, maintain immaculate presentation and a warm, accommodating demeanor in a fine-dining environment.
