Supervise on-site teams during 24/7 ICE transport operations, enforce contract and company policies, conduct inspections and spot checks, monitor surveillance and Power BI metrics, manage vehicle dispatch and maintenance, coach staff, ensure training and compliance, and perform investigative and report-writing duties while supporting program and fiscal accountability.

The Site Supervisor oversees employees at a field office, ensuring compliance with contracts, policies, and quality control, while managing logistics and providing staff training and support.

Coordinate and document safe ground and air transport of minors/families; manage inventory, supplies, vehicle maintenance, and fleet/ DOT compliance; drive passengers; install child seats; update databases and reports; support 24/7 operations and logistics projects; communicate with Command Center, site leadership, and transport teams.
