Develops and controls integrated master programmes for property development projects, linking schedules with cash flow, stage billing, and sales projections. Monitors progress, identifies delays and resource constraints, prepares variance reports, and recommends mitigation strategies. Coordinates with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams while supporting feasibility, land acquisition, scenario planning, and executive management reviews. The role requires strong knowledge of Malaysian development processes, property lifecycles, cashflow modelling, and stage billing.

Build and own internal automation systems, data pipelines, analytics dashboards, and a customer-facing cross-platform mobile app. Integrate POS, accounting, HR, payroll, and other business systems; develop scalable architecture, APIs, workflows, and deployment processes. Partner with operations, marketing, finance, and HR to improve reporting, workforce planning, inventory visibility, customer engagement, and store scalability. Serve as the primary technical owner and help build the technology team.

Supports mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and process engineering activities, including design, drafting, BOM preparation, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement. Develops assembly processes, tooling, work instructions, and manufacturing improvements while collaborating with engineering, production, maintenance, and after-sales teams. Requires basic technical knowledge, CAD familiarity, drawing interpretation, problem-solving skills, and willingness to complete 6–12 months of professional training in China.
