Manages division-level safety and training programs for transit operations, including driver instruction and evaluations, OSHA/CDL compliance, audits, drug and alcohol programs, incident prevention, claims coordination, injury management, and regulatory adherence. Leads safety culture initiatives and ensures operators meet company, client, state, and federal requirements.

Manage ADA paratransit eligibility assessments, recertifications, passenger databases, travel planning information, customer concerns, contractor coordination, reporting, and public outreach. Ensure eligibility processes comply with FTA guidelines and AB 1250, maintain assessment tracking, support customer service requirements, and implement an electronic fare media incentive program.

Supervise drivers, dispatch staff, bus control office activities, and road operations. Monitor daily service delivery, schedules, manifests, route performance, safety, dispatch software, and in-vehicle technology. Review operational records, ensure staffing and equipment coverage, prepare reports, enforce company and contractual policies, coach employees, respond to client requests, and coordinate with division personnel.
