Manages local human resources operations for a transportation workforce, including recruiting, hiring, retention, payroll and personnel records, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance reviews, training documentation, staffing forecasts, and policy development. Serves as the location’s EEO and affirmative action officer and liaises with employee unions, management, corporate compliance, and operational leaders.

Evaluates and processes ADA paratransit eligibility applications, conducts assessments and recertifications, maintains eligibility databases, provides travel planning and counseling, resolves passenger concerns, coordinates with contractors and agencies, prepares operational reports, and supports fare media initiatives.

Manages Transit Instruction and Pathway Review programs, including staffing, employee training, scheduling, performance management, reporting, process improvement, and quality control. Coordinates with transit agencies and community organizations serving seniors and people with disabilities. Delivers outreach presentations, oversees transit instructor assignments, maintains program documentation, and represents the organization at industry and community events. Requires public speaking, disability-services experience, transit-navigation knowledge, flexible availability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
