Manages HR department operations, staff supervision, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, HRIS records, union labor relations, and workplace investigations. Oversees DOT testing compliance and advises management on employment laws, policies, disciplinary actions, accommodations, and workforce planning. Partners with the HR Director and supports affiliates across the West Coast.

Process customer orders, communicate pricing and shipment updates, coordinate fulfillment with production, create work orders, manage invoicing and follow-ups, verify shipment documents, and arrange transportation pickups and deliveries. Provide administrative support while working independently and collaboratively in office and warehouse environments.

Sells Japanese food, beverages, restaurant equipment, and supplies to customers and prospects. Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, visiting accounts, providing product education and customer support, coordinating payments and urgent deliveries, entering orders into the company database, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive driving, bilingual Chinese and English communication, basic Microsoft Office and ERP skills, inventory participation, and completion of a Sake Adviser course.
