Oversee warehouse operations, fleet scheduling and maintenance, safety programs, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and timely deliveries. Lead logistics, traffic, warehouse, and driver teams through hiring, training, performance management, and coaching. Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, CSA, FDA, and USDA requirements; conduct audits, training, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Improve fleet efficiency, control costs, and promote a safe, organized workplace.

Process customer orders, communicate pricing and shipment updates, coordinate fulfillment with production, create work orders, manage invoicing and follow-ups, verify shipment documents, and arrange transportation pickups and deliveries. Provide administrative support while working independently and collaboratively in office and warehouse environments.

Sells Japanese food, beverages, restaurant equipment, and supplies to customers and prospects. Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, visiting accounts, providing product education and customer support, coordinating payments and urgent deliveries, entering orders into the company database, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive driving, bilingual Chinese and English communication, basic Microsoft Office and ERP skills, inventory participation, and completion of a Sake Adviser course.
