Process and review sales commission statements, calculate draw balances, maintain compensation plans, and update commission systems. Provide reporting and customer service to sales staff and management while collaborating with Finance, Payroll, and HR. Support process improvements, data analysis, presentations, report building, and audit requests. The role also assists with other payroll and finance duties in a fast-paced environment.

Manages a team of 8–12 reverse mortgage loan officers, overseeing training, call reviews, hiring, lead conversion metrics, loan pipelines, coaching, motivation, and timely closings. The role supports growth of the HECM department and requires strong communication skills. Candidates should have reverse mortgage team-management experience or mortgage call-center management experience; experienced reverse mortgage loan officers may also be considered. The position is 100% remote with base pay and bonus potential.
