The Human Resources Manager oversees payroll and benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, talent development, policies, compliance, and HR metrics. The role leads HR staff, supports workforce planning, manages employee releases and resignations, ensures employment-law compliance, and advises leadership on compensation, benefits, turnover, and organizational decisions.

The Controller oversees accounting operations, general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, cash flow, budgeting, tax filings, inventory controls, and regulatory compliance. The role supports the CFO with financial insights, manages accounting systems, calculates labor burden rates, ensures timely payments and deposits, and prepares service JIP adjustments for revenue and margin.

Coordinates material requisitions for electrical prefabrication and field installation. Reviews and quantifies material requests, creates material charge-outs and labor logs, performs quality checks, tracks inventory changes, identifies shortages or discrepancies, and coordinates substitutions or backorders. Maintains accurate records and communicates with purchasing, warehouse, prefab, project management, and field teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Manage electrical construction materials from receiving through inventory, staging, and fulfillment. Create material charge-outs, build sheets, labor logs, quality checks, labels, and documentation. Receive, inspect, count, organize, and issue materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and tracking material movement. Coordinate shortages, backorders, substitutions, and requisition needs with purchasing, project teams, administrators, and field personnel.
