Financial Accountant responsible for budgeting, financial statement preparation, management reporting, Caterpillar reporting, cash flow reporting, debt compliance, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. The role develops reporting tools, improves accounting processes, and partners with department leaders to support business decisions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressive accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. CPA certification and budgeting experience are preferred.

Leads operations across multiple equipment rental branches, improving utilization, profitability, labor productivity, staffing, service levels, and customer experience. Manages and develops Branch Managers and operations teams, analyzes performance metrics, enforces standard processes, resolves escalated issues, and partners with Sales, Service, and Central Operations to support regional growth.

Provides expert technical support for Caterpillar engines and power systems. Troubleshoots complex equipment issues, conducts failure analysis, manages technical service requests, supports warranty resolutions, and develops cost-effective solutions. Mentors dealer technicians, assists sales and parts teams with product expertise, collaborates with Caterpillar engineers, and applies knowledge of internal combustion engines, schematics, diagnostic systems, precision measurement, and dynamometer testing.
