Leads one or more engineering teams, providing strategic and technical direction, guiding delivery, workforce planning, hiring, resource allocation, and engineering performance. Coaches and develops engineers, drives continuous improvement and organizational change, supports AI adoption, aligns engineering priorities with business goals, and builds stakeholder relationships. The role also guides technical decisions, tracks team health and business impact, and ensures products deliver customer value.

Design, build, and operate production-ready AI systems and agentic applications using LLMs, retrieval pipelines, orchestration, and tool integration. Evaluate models and system quality, implement responsible AI controls, and ensure reliability through monitoring, testing, observability, and failure analysis. Collaborate with product teams and domain experts to deliver scalable AI solutions, define requirements, communicate limitations, and promote AI engineering standards across teams.

Analyze customer behavior across digital platforms, build Power BI dashboards, run A/B tests and personalization, explore large datasets with SQL, ensure data quality, partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
