Lead multi-site operations for immersive hospitality venues, coaching GMs and managers, standardizing processes, managing P&L, labor, COGS and F&B operations, improving guest experience and KPIs, and implementing training and operational systems across locations.

Lead and supervise museum floor operations and guest experience, manage and coach Show and Service Ambassadors, coordinate scheduling, inventory, safety and compliance, support hiring/onboarding, assist with events and incident resolution while maintaining brand standards and high-energy service.

Serve as the company's first in-house senior legal leader, building a scalable legal function. Oversee brand protection, trademarks, guest safety, privacy, employment compliance, commercial leases, CLM implementation, contract automation, outside counsel management, litigation, and support commercial and expansion strategy.
