Teams at Musco Lighting

Develop, test, maintain, and deploy application enhancements and new modules. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with business users and infrastructure teams, document and schedule development tasks, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers. May occasionally work outside normal hours or travel to other company locations.

Generate territory market intelligence, qualify long-range projects, present and differentiate Musco products, conduct field market research, support sales management and internal teams, attend tradeshows, and travel ~25-30% to develop customer relationships and drive sales.

Create and maintain monthly production plans, coordinate between manufacturing and sales, track project documentation and communications, monitor daily productivity and production efficiency, conduct production document reviews, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
