Coordinate creation, revision, approval, and maintenance of engineering documents and bills of materials. Ensure accurate MRP and product configurator data, communicate product changes to production, check documents for correctness and standards compliance, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and stakeholders to support timely production.

Develop, test, maintain, and deploy application enhancements and new modules. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with business users and infrastructure teams, document and schedule development tasks, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers. May occasionally work outside normal hours or travel to other company locations.

Generate territory market intelligence, qualify long-range projects, present and differentiate Musco products, conduct field market research, support sales management and internal teams, attend tradeshows, and travel ~25-30% to develop customer relationships and drive sales.
