Supports internal and external communications by researching, writing, and producing intranet, event, internship-program, and brand content. Creates simple graphics, infographics, videos, and photo-edited materials while collaborating cross-functionally. Helps promote and co-host intern and team events, supports external event communications, and contributes to sharing Musco’s stories and culture.

Own a Sydney-area sales territory by developing new business, managing customer relationships, presenting lighting solutions, estimating project budgets, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal teams. The role serves contractors, engineers, specifiers, facility owners, and end-users, while supporting field assessments, installations, testing, troubleshooting, and warranty inspections. Extensive territory travel, customer meetings, trade shows, and business development activities are required.

Designs custom sports and large-area lighting solutions based on customer requirements. Develops production documents, bills of materials, drawings, controls, and technical presentations. Reviews specifications and bid plans for structural, electrical, lighting, and code compliance. Communicates technical information to customers, architects, engineers, contractors, sales representatives, and internal teams. Performs document quality checks, field aiming, and occasional travel and nighttime work.
