Lead HR operations in Dammam, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law and Saudization. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, performance management, policy development, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives while partnering with corporate HR to support a multicultural workforce.

Provide administrative support to the Sales Coordination Team: maintain internal and external relationships, enter and update project and sales documents, assist field sales with calendars and project details, handle invoicing coordination with Accounts Payable, monitor electronic conferences, answer calls, scan/file documents, and perform other assigned duties.

Design, build, and support enterprise data platforms, semantic/ontology models, and scalable data pipelines. Implement data quality, lineage, metadata, CI/CD, governance (including RLS), and observability. Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable analytics, AI, and LLM-driven solutions.
