Deliver instructor-led simulated sessions overnight (12am–8am EST) using digital avatars to portray students, facilitate debriefs, score learner performance, complete session tasks, and provide customer-focused hosting. Requires completing training, meeting availability, and maintaining a private, wired workspace with stable internet. Part-time (20–30 hrs/week) at $26/hr.

Lead CS operations to build health scoring, risk intelligence, and scaled motions for 100+ accounts. Manage the Implementation Manager, improve launch methodology and KPIs, standardize processes and HubSpot data quality, and create executive reporting and programmatic engagement to reduce churn and increase adoption.

Own positioning, sales enablement, product marketing, demand generation, content, and measurement. Lead marketing as a team-of-one, working with agencies and cross-functional partners to drive pipeline, adoption, and brand storytelling for enterprise and healthcare buyers.

Design and develop realistic, research-driven simulation scenarios and materials for interpersonal skills practice. Conduct audience and context research, author participant and client-facing content, draft scoring criteria, consult with SMEs and clients, iterate with AI tools, train simulation facilitators, and use feedback and data to refine simulations for authenticity and learning impact.
