Oversees AI-assisted creative development, workflows, intake, prioritization, resource allocation, quality assurance, rights management, and content systems across marketing channels. Partners with Digital, Analytics, IT, agencies, vendors, and technology providers to improve scalable production, asset governance, workflow efficiency, and brand consistency.
