Supervise drilling, well completion, workover, rig-moving, and drilling-crew activities safely and efficiently. Coordinate with client representatives, ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures, oversee mud systems, BOPs, equipment maintenance, spare parts, reporting, risk assessments, and safety meetings. Lead crews, maintain safe rig-site conditions, support emergency drills, and ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met.

Leads a three-to-five-person drilling rig crew, operates draw works and other rig components, monitors well pressures, troubleshoots equipment, and oversees rig setup, takedown, transportation, maintenance, and housekeeping. Conducts safety meetings, assigns crew duties, supervises mud-mixing and floor operations, trains employees, prepares operating reports, and ensures safe, efficient performance. The role requires drilling experience, mechanical knowledge, physical stamina, and willingness to work extended schedules.
