Teams at Muon Space

Lead Muon Space’s RF Sensing Program, managing multidisciplinary aerospace development, customer and supplier relationships, contractual execution, cost, schedule, risks, resources, and technical performance. Build and track roadmaps, budgets, integrated master schedules, and program metrics while coordinating engineering, business, legal, finance, and operations teams. Support proposals, customer engagement, contract growth, and new business captures. The role requires experience delivering satellite-based systems and managing hardware, firmware, software, and algorithm development.

Coordinate recruiting interviews across time zones, maintain Greenhouse records and postings, communicate with candidates, manage interview logistics, support recruiters and hiring managers, assist with recruiting events and sourcing, track headcount and reporting, and improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Designs software solutions for satellite missions by aligning customer needs with Muon’s architecture and roadmap. Guides mission software projects, product roadmaps, architectural standards, security, reliability, performance, deployment strategy, and customer engagements. Supports engineering escalations, organizational planning, and training. Requires broad expertise in software engineering, distributed systems, aerospace or robotics, multiple programming languages, and whole-system design.
