Teams at Muon Space

Lead stray light analysis and mitigation for multispectral infrared instruments using non-sequential ray tracing (FRED). Specify and validate custom optical coatings and filters, manage vendor technical delivery, develop R&D for coating/filter survivability, define metrology test plans, and partner with optical/mechanical teams to optimize baffles, finishes, and optomechanical layouts.

Lead managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver ultra-low latency, high-volume image processing pipelines for satellite imagery. Define technical strategy, metrics, roadmaps, and operational practices while ensuring predictable delivery, mentoring teams, and communicating with customers and partners.

Lead cross-functional planning and execution for the IR Data Product team, managing schedules, risks, dependencies, releases, and resource planning for data processing pipelines. Coordinate software, hardware, science, and product teams; provide reporting, process improvements, and ensure delivery readiness in a hybrid San Jose environment.
