Manages retrofit service sales across the Southeast region, identifying modernization opportunities, conducting facility surveys, preparing estimates and proposals, developing customer relationships, negotiating terms, closing orders, and forecasting sales. Coordinates with engineering, applications, technicians, and sales teams to ensure project feasibility, cost, schedule, and profitability. Requires HVAC component knowledge, project management experience, strong communication, troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft tools and CRM systems.

Performs mechanical strength design calculations, reviews customer specifications, checks designs and drawings, and creates equipment models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Plans and monitors design activities, coordinates with customers and internal teams, and visits customer premises for technical discussions and installation guidance.

Performs application engineering work involving product, equipment, system, process, and application development. Interprets technical requirements, develops and validates engineering deliverables, provides cross-functional technical support, investigates problems, evaluates alternatives, and recommends improvements. The role emphasizes safety, quality, cost, reliability, performance, documentation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering, sales, operations, manufacturing, procurement, service, and external stakeholders.
