Plan, monitor and analyze plant processes to ensure products meet quality specifications and IMS standards. Implement and maintain the Quality Management System, perform complex quality analyses and inspections, manage internal ISO audits and certifications, and follow up on customer complaints and warranties to drive continuous improvement.

Design mechanical equipment using SolidWorks (3D modeling, sheet metal, assemblies), produce BOMs and assembly documentation, perform SolidWorks stress simulations, support manufacturing and service teams, drive product and quality improvement projects, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Assembles mechanical components and systems using drawings, schematics, hand tools, and power tools. Inspects parts for quality, troubleshoots assembly issues, collaborates with engineering and production teams, maintains an organized workspace, and follows safety procedures.
