Designs, develops, tests, improves, and supports Munters products, equipment, and technical solutions. Works independently under general supervision, owns defined deliverables, engages stakeholders, drives continuous improvements, and solves practical engineering problems.

Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and continuous improvement for the Wheel Plant. Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, equipment reliability projects, process improvements, new process/product introductions, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to increase safety, throughput, yield, and uptime.

Drive business growth in the French market by identifying opportunities, managing customer and agent relationships, delivering tailored technical-commercial solutions, coordinating proposals with Sales Application and Engineering, negotiating contracts, monitoring agent KPIs, representing Munters at events, and reporting sales performance while traveling regularly within France.
