Manage and grow the APAC service portfolio by monitoring performance, identifying customer and market needs, developing service concepts, and creating value propositions and commercialization plans. Support service opportunities in new product development, contribute to digital, uptime, and energy optimization innovations, and drive regional launches and adoption through collaboration with sales, operations, engineering, marketing, customers, and global teams.

Leads supplier quality management, including supplier audits, quality agreements, part verification, quality requirement definition, deviation approvals, corrective action validation, and supplier performance monitoring. Drives supplier improvement programs, manages 8D quality complaints, coordinates with Purchasing, R&D, and Planning, conducts supplier follow-ups, and supports lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Supports HR administration by organizing former employees’ personnel files, assisting recruiting activities, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, collecting documents, and supporting stay interview initiatives and follow-up tasks. Requires strong organization, discretion with confidential information, Microsoft Office proficiency, and effective communication and coordination skills.
