The Technical Sales Manager will drive business development in the DACH region by managing customer relationships, analyzing needs, and providing tailored air purification solutions. Responsibilities include strategic sales planning and collaboration with internal teams to deliver optimal customer solutions.

Design and program electrical functions and PLC logic, produce electrical schematics and BOMs, support commissioning and customer orders, provide technical support to sales/service, and coordinate production and delivery issues.

Lead and deliver operations/manufacturing projects from design through field service. Define scope, costs, schedules, and risk; manage contracts, change orders, service revenue forecasting, client communications, and project documentation. Coordinate internal stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure projects meet budget, quality, and timeline targets. Travel ~30% as needed.
