Assemble and install electrical wiring and components for standard HVAC units following schematics and BOMs. Bend and install conduit, build/terminate wiring harnesses, install panels, sensors and controllers, perform QA inspections and paperwork, maintain safe organized workspace, and assist in panel shop and other production tasks.

Lead and improve the global S&OP/IBP process for engineered-to-order manufacturing. Facilitate cross-functional planning, monitor forecasts and capacity, identify constraints and risks, build executive dashboards, and drive alignment across global teams to ensure production meets commercial demand.

Provide pre-sales engineering support for HVAC projects: system design, equipment selection, technical proposals, approval drawings, as-built documentation, manuals, cost estimates, and occasional on-site technical assistance.
