Analyzes structured and unstructured data to identify growth segments, inform product development, support personalization, and guide member-centric marketing strategy. The role aggregates data from multiple sources, applies statistical and machine learning techniques, translates findings into actionable recommendations, communicates insights to leaders, tracks business impact, and identifies improvements to data processes and systems.

Oversee the credit union’s accounting operations, month-end close, financial and regulatory reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, internal controls, audits, and compliance. Manage ACL and lease accounting processes, maintain accounting policies, supervise accounting and ATM balancing teams, analyze financial performance, support regulatory examinations, and present reports to senior leadership. Lead staff development, process improvements, and cross-functional accounting initiatives while ensuring accurate, timely deliverables.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership and committees by managing calendars, meetings, travel reservations, documents, minutes, correspondence, expenses, invoices, supplies, shared inboxes, and audit materials. The role coordinates internal and external participants, maintains confidential records, supports regulatory exams and internal audits, prepares meeting materials, and serves as an in-house notary.
