Lead and grow a software team developing embedded software for ECUs in connected electric vehicles. Ensure delivery quality, roadmap alignment, sprint planning, hiring, and compliance with ISO26262, ISO21434 and ASPICE while interfacing with Product Management and HR.

Lead design, build, and deploy high-performance Rust CLIs and Python/FastAPI microservices. Own full SDLC including CI/CD, automated security and license scanning, testing, containerization, and AWS-based infrastructure and distribution pipelines.

Oversee digital landscape by evaluating emerging technologies, conducting architectural reviews, designing strategic solutions, defining frameworks, and scouting vendors for automation and tools.
