Provides first- and second-level internal IT support for computers, mobile devices, communications systems, software, and collaboration tools. Maintains help desk tickets, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, prepares equipment, supports conference room technology, and assists with patching and inventory. Provides on-site and after-hours trial support, including equipment transport and setup, rotating on-call coverage, user training, and smart-hands assistance. Mentors junior analysts and may travel to remote locations with little notice.

Provides administrative, operational, and logistical support for legal recruiting, including law school outreach, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting events, Summer Associate Program coordination, engagement activities, records maintenance, expense processing, and reporting. The role manages calendars, deadlines, candidate data, materials, reimbursements, and event logistics while collaborating with attorneys, candidates, law schools, vendors, and recruiting staff.

Supports the firm’s governance program through conflicts checks, new matter intake, ethical wall administration, records management, outside counsel guideline reviews, audit letters, and compliance reporting. The role maintains matter lifecycle data, advises attorneys and professionals on governance policies, coordinates reviews and deadlines, processes records requests, and partners with legal support, operations, and technology teams.
