Teams at Muncie Public Library

Assists with operating the library’s Information Services Department by researching customer questions, providing readers’ advisory services, training patrons on library resources and technology, supporting collection maintenance, hosting adult programs, conducting outreach, and monitoring the library environment. The role also interprets policies and safety procedures while delivering responsive, accurate, and inclusive customer service.
