The Product Manager will work with stakeholders to identify client needs, develop solutions, conduct user research, and drive product strategy.

Manage a portfolio of existing SaaS clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead the End Month End program, run QBRs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage renewals, track KPIs (NPS, retention, expansion), and collaborate with Product, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Engineering to resolve issues and advocate for clients.

Design, develop, document, and maintain Multiview financial software. Use AI coding agents and automated tools to triage and fix code, implement event-driven workflows, ensure security, analyze systems, collaborate cross-functionally, coach team members, and serve in functional leadership (Project Lead/Scrum Master). Contribute to customer-facing assessments and RFPs; apply ERP functional knowledge.

Lead and manage Multiview ERP implementations for healthcare clients from inception to go-live. Perform business analysis, document and validate requirements, design solutions, deliver training, manage project plans/budgets, and liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful post‑go‑live adoption.
