Manage a portfolio of existing SaaS clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead the End Month End program, run QBRs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage renewals, track KPIs (NPS, retention, expansion), and collaborate with Product, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Engineering to resolve issues and advocate for clients.

Design, develop, document, and maintain Multiview financial software. Use AI coding agents and automated tools to triage and fix code, implement event-driven workflows, ensure security, analyze systems, collaborate cross-functionally, coach team members, and serve in functional leadership (Project Lead/Scrum Master). Contribute to customer-facing assessments and RFPs; apply ERP functional knowledge.

First-line support contact for clients: troubleshoot and resolve inquiries, document and escalate incidents, manage ticketing and multi-channel support, assist product roll-outs, create client portal content (docs/videos), and collaborate to improve support processes and client satisfaction.

Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM and integrations, build workflows and CPQ automation, ensure data quality, create reports and dashboards, support Sales/Client Success/Marketing, and deliver user training and documentation to scale revenue processes.

The Product Manager will work with stakeholders to identify client needs, develop solutions, conduct user research, and drive product strategy.
