Multiverse Benefits Overview

Own the strategy and commercial delivery of Multiverse’s Early Talent offering in England. Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, fulfilment, operations, learning, product, safeguarding, and communications. Develop scalable apprenticeship products, manage market and regulatory insight, explore adjacent routes to market, oversee deals and implementations, and represent the Early Talent proposition externally.

Support the CEO Office with corporate development, international market expansion, strategic investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration. Build market assessments, business cases, and OKR tracking while coordinating due diligence across functions. Project manage critical cross-functional initiatives, establish milestones and ownership, identify blockers, and support new product, market, and operating model launches. Work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and senior business stakeholders.

Lead Multiverse’s internal communications strategy, including company messaging, leadership communications, All Hands, internal briefings, FAQs, and communication channels. Advise the CEO and executive team, partner with People and cross-functional teams, and translate business data into compelling narratives. Own Slack, intranet, and email communications while measuring engagement, employee understanding, and narrative consistency.
