Own end-to-end enterprise sales in Italy for AI and quantum solutions: prospect, qualify, design bespoke proposals, close large TCV deals (€500K+), and expand strategic accounts. Develop GTM strategy, engage C-suite stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, maintain CRM and pipeline discipline, and build partnerships with integrators and consultancies to drive long-term customer value.

Pre-sales Solutions Architect bridging product and customers: design and present AI/quantum solutions, run demos, write proposals/RFP responses, architect cloud/on-prem/hybrid AI deployments, implement MLOps and containerized LLM inference stacks, size GPUs, benchmark LLM performance, and travel as needed for customer engagements.

Lead and execute a multi-year AI research strategy focused on LLMs, model compression, alignment, and applied AI. Manage and scale a multidisciplinary research organisation, oversee end-to-end LLM development (pretraining, fine-tuning, alignment, deployment), collaborate cross-functionally, represent the company at top conferences, and drive publications, IP, and funded collaborations.
