Develop high-performance financial products using Java 21 and the Spring ecosystem. Build REST APIs and asynchronous messaging, ensure code quality via reviews, tests and static analysis, monitor performance with APM tools, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with architects and team members to propose technical improvements.

Analyze business and technical inputs to design functional and architectural solutions, produce API/sequence/BPMN specifications, coordinate with product owners, developers, testers and architects, ensure clarity of epics/user stories, assist development and testing, and maintain central documentation.

Manage daily workplace operations, facilities, vendors, security, and reception. Oversee procurement, contracts, budgets, OHS and safety drills. Coordinate events, travel, onboarding, wellbeing and branding/content. Serve as vendor and landlord liaison, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain documentation to support a positive employee experience.
