Analyzes business and technical requirements, designs functional and architectural solutions, and translates epics into clear specifications for development teams. Collaborates with product owners, architects, developers, testers, stakeholders, and vendors in an Agile environment. Defines APIs, process diagrams, service boundaries, and technical documentation while supporting implementation, testing, and post-deployment validation.

Manage daily operations of a three-floor Malta office supporting approximately 200 employees. Responsibilities include facilities and supplier management, maintenance coordination, office supplies, employee onboarding, health and safety administration, health insurance updates, senior management support, travel logistics, and workplace events. The role requires independent problem-solving, strong organization, confidential record handling, and a service-oriented approach.

Lead the vision, roadmap, design, and delivery of a digital lending platform covering loan management and origination systems. Define lending products, specifications, integrations, compliance requirements, partner onboarding, and multi-tenant capabilities. Collaborate with engineering on agile delivery, sprint priorities, UAT, and sign-off. The goal is to launch a compliant platform by March 2027, support the first partner portfolio, reduce manual exceptions, and onboard future partners quickly.
