Design high-converting e-commerce creatives for Amazon including listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams, produce social extensions, icons, infographics, and assets for upload. Iterate based on performance insights, maintain brand and technical guidelines, and support pitches and process improvements.

Own post-sale customer relationships: inbound/outbound phone and email support, same-day order entry, warranty and claims resolution, onboarding and reactivation calls, call logging in HubSpot, AR touches, and coordination with 3PL/Amazon to ensure timely shipments and accurate customer records.
