Procures goods, services, construction tools, equipment, and FF&E for engineering and construction projects. Responsibilities include vendor sourcing and evaluation, purchase order processing, budget and cost tracking, invoice resolution, order expediting, delivery coordination, vendor management, market research, compliance, and procurement performance reporting.

Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, vendor invoices, customer payments, reconciliations, journal entries, aging reports, and financial reporting. Support month-end and year-end close, audits, forecasting, chargeback resolution, and process improvements while collaborating with retail partners, vendors, sales, operations, and supply chain teams. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ERP familiarity, and at least five years of accounting experience.

Manage organic social media for 4–5 eCommerce and DTC brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Develop strategies, create and coordinate short-form content, manage communities, monitor performance, identify trends, collaborate with paid media and creative teams, and present client recommendations. The role requires juggling multiple brand calendars, adapting brand voice, optimizing content using analytics, and working full-time during EST business hours.
