Lead a 0-to-1 global payroll product initiative, owning payroll compliance, gross-to-net logic, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and delivery. Partner with engineering, design, legal, and operations to build scalable employer and employee experiences across multiple countries. Conduct user research, define success metrics, analyze data, translate regulations into product solutions, and guide the lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.

Serve as the UAE payroll SME leading implementations from discovery through go-live. Run discovery workshops, ensure UAE legislative compliance, validate payroll configuration and testing, support go-live and first payroll, advise Sales/Product/Engineering, own playbooks and documentation, and drive process and product improvements.

Manage end-to-end global mobility and immigration operations for employees hired through EOR providers across multiple countries. Coordinate onboarding, work permits, visas, residence permits, renewals, compliance documentation, vendors, and stakeholder communications. Track cases, support country expansion, maintain audit-ready records, manage escalations, and ensure adherence to local labor and immigration laws while delivering a seamless employee experience.
