Teams at Multiplier

Lead Multiplier’s company-wide AI strategy, shared AI platform, and customer-facing AI experiences. Build agent infrastructure, retrieval, tool access, evaluation, and safety systems; launch an AI agent that answers questions using customer data and eventually executes tasks. Lead a cross-functional team, establish AI development standards, and partner across product, engineering, support, and operations to deliver trusted, scalable AI capabilities.

Own the strategy, governance, architecture, accessibility, documentation, and adoption of Multiplier’s design system. Build scalable foundations, reusable primitives, component APIs, composite patterns, and AI-ready metadata and documentation. Partner with design, engineering, and product leadership; coach contributors; establish quality metrics; and evolve the system into intelligent infrastructure supporting designers, engineers, and AI-assisted product development.

Lead a 0-to-1 global payroll product initiative, owning payroll compliance, gross-to-net logic, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and delivery. Partner with engineering, design, legal, and operations to build scalable employer and employee experiences across multiple countries. Conduct user research, define success metrics, analyze data, translate regulations into product solutions, and guide the lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
