Multiplier Benefits Overview

Leads a team of 8–9 Sales Executives to achieve and exceed monthly quotas. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, mentoring, setting performance expectations, developing sales strategies, conducting reviews, analyzing sales data and market trends, supporting negotiations, and fostering a collaborative, accountable team culture while coordinating with other departments.

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software initiatives. Define technical strategy and architecture for scalable, resilient, secure distributed systems; partner with product, design, and leadership; mentor engineers; promote testing, CI/CD, and code review best practices; solve high-impact technical challenges; and influence product direction using data-driven metrics.

Owns employee experience across onboarding, orientation, engagement, communications, rewards and recognition, policies, events, gifting, and exits. Leads company-wide forums, virtual engagement initiatives, feedback processes, probation improvements, and employee communications. Manages vendors and partners while collaborating with senior stakeholders across a global startup. The role requires strong organization, communication, independent execution, and comfort with HR systems and technology.
