Promotes credit union products and services, takes and underwrites loan applications, processes approved loans, opens accounts, supports members, resolves account concerns, ensures branch compliance, and identifies cross-selling opportunities. The role also assists with ITM and vault balancing while maintaining knowledge of credit union policies and governmental regulations.
