Provide regulatory oversight for Behavioral Health Network credentialing and onboarding. Manage WA DOH credentials, clinical licensure program, Epic taxonomy and NPI mapping, update Workday records, audit credentials, support onboarding of employees and interns, communicate workflow changes, and monitor related federal and state regulations.

Serve as an HR consultant and liaison to business leaders, guiding recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, leadership development, and compliance with employment laws. Use data-driven insights to coach managers, investigate employee issues, and implement workforce planning and talent strategies to build high-performing, supportive work cultures.

Provide day-to-day administration and support for enterprise applications (including ServiceNow), configure and maintain environments, collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders, develop training materials, support implementations and optimizations, and apply project management to deploy and improve systems supporting payroll, HR, supply chain, finance and clinical workflows.
