Manages accounting and financial activities for two manufacturing sites, including monthly reporting, reconciliations, statutory accounting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cost analysis, risk management, and business partnering. Leads and develops the local finance team while providing data-driven recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.

Develops and manages print, material, finishing, dimensional, and converting specifications for label products. Provides customer-facing technical support, conducts site visits and line audits, troubleshoots print and application issues, performs root-cause analysis, and implements corrective actions. Leads trials and technical projects involving inks, coatings, adhesives, substrates, and sustainable packaging solutions. Coordinates with customers, suppliers, sales, production, quality, and pre-press teams from customer requirements through testing, qualification, and product launch.

Provides HR shared-services support by responding to employee and manager inquiries, processing HR transactions, maintaining accurate HRIS data and case records, explaining policies and self-service tools, managing SLAs, and identifying process improvements. Handles sensitive information while resolving routine to moderately complex employee issues across the employee lifecycle.
