Administer payroll for multiple automobile dealerships by collecting and entering timecard data, calculating pay, resolving payroll issues, processing bonuses, commissions, deductions, garnishments, and time off pay, and maintaining confidential personnel records. The role also supports employee administration, onboarding, I-9 verification, background checks, drug testing, filing, and general office tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional evening or weekend work.

Conduct outbound and inbound customer communications for vehicle purchase inquiries. Follow up with prospects by phone and text, answer basic vehicle questions, build rapport, schedule and confirm dealership appointments, maintain accurate customer notes, and work toward sales goals. The role emphasizes persistence, organization, professional communication, customer experience, and willingness to learn automotive sales processes.

Processes receipts, deposits, invoices, vendor payments, and monthly vendor statement reconciliations for a multi-store automotive enterprise. Researches and resolves vendor discrepancies, prepares monthly checks, supports company personnel, follows procedures, and handles high transaction volumes accurately and on deadline. The role requires basic accounting and math skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and successful background and drug screenings.
