Manage finance function for construction SPVs transitioning to operating SPVs: prepare and review monthly management accounts, budget and cashflow forecasting, loan compliance, working capital and bank relationships, audit and tax coordination, supervise financial accountant and AP officer, ensure ERP month-end entries and controls, and communicate financial matters to stakeholders.

Manage project accounting and accounts payable, prepare month-end and management accounts, update cashflows and forecasts, reconcile balance sheets, support loan and tax compliance, coordinate audits, and assist asset management with budgets and financial reporting for renewable energy SPVs.

Responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, managing vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment cycles, and enhancing AP systems in a renewable energy company.
