Create memorable in-store customer experiences through product knowledge, storytelling, personalized service, and customer relationship development. Maintain strong customer and team engagement, support operational excellence, contribute to store performance, and represent Mulberry’s values around inclusion, sustainability, and community. This is a part-time position for 12 hours per week.

Design and develop seasonal leather goods and lifestyle collections spanning handbags, small leather goods, jewellery, gifting, and accessories. Research trends, materials, and competitors; create hand sketches, digital renderings, technical specifications, 3D mock-ups, and prototypes. Collaborate with product development, production, merchandising, factories, and other stakeholders to refine samples, maintain design intent and quality, and deliver commercially successful products aligned with the brand vision and sustainability goals.

Deliver outstanding in-store customer experiences using product knowledge and storytelling. Build and maintain customer relationships using in-store CRM, drive sales performance, support operational excellence, and embody company values focused on sustainability, inclusivity, and community.
