The role involves designing and implementing scalable cloud services integrated with robotics systems, requiring expertise in Go, cloud technologies, and real-time data processing.

Lead pricing strategy, packaging, and monetization across software, hardware, cloud, services, and support. Build pricing methodologies, ROI and business-case models; evaluate customer profitability and deal economics; implement pricing governance, approval workflows, and commercial systems (CPQ/quoting). Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to support launches and present pricing recommendations to executive leadership.

Integrate, deploy, commission, and support Mujin robotic and AGV systems onsite and remotely. Troubleshoot mechatronic, electrical, and software issues, execute test plans, maintain documentation, perform trainings, and ensure safety and KPI compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams for updates and production monitoring.
