Lead organizational assessments, design and implement OD programs, facilitate change management, coach leaders, develop training, manage performance appraisal processes, and analyze organizational data to improve effectiveness and alignment with HR and business goals.

Develop and maintain software for autonomous fleet management, focusing on algorithms for task assignment, multi-agent planning, and real-time execution. Collaborate with teams and mentor junior developers.

Integrate, deploy, commission, and support Mujin robotic and AGV systems onsite and remotely. Troubleshoot mechatronic, electrical, and software issues, execute test plans, maintain documentation, perform trainings, and ensure safety and KPI compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams for updates and production monitoring.
