Lead end-to-end product management for warehouse execution and management solutions, including product vision, roadmaps, feature prioritization, portfolio performance, market analysis, and product positioning. Partner with engineering, R&D, sales, and operations to deliver scalable automation products. Bridge software and hardware implementation while addressing customer needs in warehouse and logistics environments.

Designs and operates multi-cloud, Kubernetes, and hybrid edge infrastructure for robotics and warehouse automation. Builds CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, infrastructure automation, observability systems, and internal platform tools. Improves reliability, scalability, and deployment processes while collaborating with engineering teams. Requires strong Linux, networking, cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, and Ansible experience, plus at least five years of relevant experience.

Creates and maintains clear technical documentation, including user manuals, how-to guides, integration guides, API documentation, and system instructions. Collaborates with engineers and developers to interpret technical information, ensure accuracy, manage revisions, and improve readability. Plans documentation projects, conducts research and possible usability testing, and supports documentation for robotic systems, equipment operations, and maintenance.
