Provides operational and development support for enterprise applications, scheduled processes, integrations, reporting, and data workflows. Monitors and troubleshoots process failures, develops and maintains applications and automation scripts, creates reports and data extracts, supports migration to Workday reporting, documents technical procedures, and responds to departmental application and data requests.

Provides executive support to the Vice President for Operations and CIO while managing Information Technology business operations. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, confidential matters, budget tracking, purchasing, invoice processing, vendor and contract management, software license renewals, and cross-campus coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, spreadsheet skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Leads annual giving fundraising for alumni and donors, including leadership gift solicitation, donor stewardship, crowdfunding, reunion and affinity fundraising, and volunteer management. Maintains a portfolio of leadership annual-giving prospects, conducts donor visits, coordinates fundraising initiatives with athletics and campus departments, supports communications and donor relations, and staffs college events. Travel, occasional overnight stays, and evening or weekend work are required.
