Leads annual giving fundraising for alumni and donors, including leadership gift solicitation, donor stewardship, crowdfunding, reunion and affinity fundraising, and volunteer management. Maintains a portfolio of leadership annual-giving prospects, conducts donor visits, coordinates fundraising initiatives with athletics and campus departments, supports communications and donor relations, and staffs college events. Travel, occasional overnight stays, and evening or weekend work are required.

Manages the college library’s course reserves program, including physical and online materials, copyright permissions, documentation, procedures, statistics, and faculty support. Oversees lending services desks, student staff, circulation, interlibrary loan, building supervision, technology troubleshooting, and user assistance. Provides referrals for complex questions, supports an inclusive environment, responds to emergencies, and helps maintain a safe, effective study environment.

Manages Theatre & Dance productions, including communication, logistics, budgets, scheduling, safety planning, facilities oversight, and production meetings. Leads and develops production staff, recruits and trains employees, supervises student stage managers, and collaborates with directors, choreographers, designers, and student organizations. The role also contributes to season selection, rights evaluation, production planning, and fostering an inclusive academic and professional environment.
