Lead and manage the EMEA Sanctions Program team, implement and maintain sanctions policies, provide sanctions SME guidance, oversee systems, audits, issue remediation, outsourced services, and team development to ensure compliance with OFAC, EU and UK sanctions regulations.

Perform day-to-day payments operations for domestic and cross-border payments: act as primary contact for stakeholders, profile and process payments, handle SWIFT messaging, perform reconciliations and end-of-day tasks, book internal transfers and FX contracts, respond to enquiries and escalations, and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

Provide administrative and advisory support to the Singapore Compliance Officer: manage monthly Compliance Committee meetings, collate and review CRA/MI reporting, monitor remediation action plans, prepare MAS regulatory submissions, coordinate regulatory/audit responses, and support compliance reporting to Head Office.
