The Director oversees data stewardship for Securities & Markets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accountability while leading a team and collaborating across departments to improve data processes and governance.

Manage complex treasury management implementations for new banking clients, coordinating implementation teams, vendors, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, tracking project progress, assessing user readiness, documenting workflows, improving processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting client training, monitoring service levels, and resolving risks and issues. The role focuses heavily on government banking and oil and gas clients and requires substantial treasury management implementation and project management experience.

Supports Relationship Managers and manages servicing activities for Japanese multinational and international corporate banking clients. Coordinates loan and deposit product onboarding, documentation, regulatory reporting, compliance inquiries, client communications, and cross-border collaboration with MUFG teams in the U.S., Japan, and other global offices. Maintains procedures and manuals, handles administrative coordination, and supports client meetings, business travel, and assigned projects while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
