Teams at MUFG Investor Services

Manage client and fund onboarding, system and static data setup, conversions, migrations, and data quality reviews. Create and maintain client, investor, NAV, and shareholder registry data while resolving discrepancies through analysis and visualization tools. Coordinate with Technology, Product, and other stakeholders on digitization, automation, process improvement, and fund launches. Maintain procedures, compliance checklists, and ISAE/SOC adherence while supporting internal accounting and shareholder service system setups.

Provides strategic leadership for a global payments function, overseeing payment operations, banking connectivity, automation, transformation, controls, regulatory compliance, resilience, and service quality. The role builds scalable operating models, integrates payment activities, manages third-party providers and critical incidents, develops geographically dispersed leadership teams, and partners with technology, product, business, and client teams. It also owns capacity planning, workforce strategy, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across global payment services.

Leads the global payments function, including operating model design, payment technology and automation, bank connectivity, platform integrations, operational controls, regulatory compliance, resilience, and executive oversight of payment execution. Builds geographically dispersed leadership teams, manages capacity and location strategy, oversees investigations and third-party providers, and partners with business, technology, product, and client teams to improve scalability, service quality, and payment efficiency.
