Manage a fund accounting team delivering full private markets fund administration: NAV preparation/review, investor recordkeeping, fee and carried interest calculations, custody and banking interactions, audit support, regulatory reporting, AML coordination, client communication, process improvements and system projects.

Lead business analysis and coordinate project workstreams for the CoreConnect Programme: gather requirements, map processes, define data, write functional specs and user stories, support solution design, testing (SITE2E/UAT), data migration, cutover and change management, and ensure operational readiness and documentation quality.
