Hands-on senior cloud engineer responsible for operating, securing, and improving AWS infrastructure and platform services. Duties include patching, upgrades, release support, alert triage, incident response, Terraform infrastructure as code, automation, project delivery, documentation, and security remediation. The role supports production environments through ITSM and change-control processes, collaborates across teams, and participates in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation.

Provides fund accounting services for private market funds, including NAV preparation, accruals, investment valuation, cash and portfolio reconciliations, capital calls, distributions, fee and waterfall calculations, investor allocations, NAV packages, financial statements, audits, and regulatory deliverables. The role also requires communication with internal teams and external clients, handling ad hoc requests, and supporting process improvements through technology.

Leads private markets fund accounting delivery for assigned portfolios, overseeing NAVs, financial statements, investor reporting, fees, waterfalls, capital activity, and compliance. Manages planning, client and third-party relationships, escalations, onboarding, process improvements, risk controls, and team performance. Reviews complex fund deliverables, coordinates resources, ensures deadlines and quality standards, and develops team capability across private equity, private debt, and real estate mandates.
