Hybrid leadership role splitting curriculum quality work in nursery (EYFS-focused, cohort analysis, school-readiness tracking and interventions) with leadership of the Pioneers out-of-school club (5-12yrs) including line management, team coaching, parent partnership and operational oversight. Uses holiday weeks for deep planning, CPD and curriculum design. Requires strong communication with families and feeder schools, safeguarding checks, and enhanced DBS.

Deliver nature-based early years education for children aged 2.5 to school entry: plan and run outdoor learning activities, observe and assess development, act as key person, build family relationships, maintain a safe inclusive environment, work collaboratively, and safeguard children.

The Nursery Room Leader will oversee a team to provide high-quality care and stimulating activities tailored to children's learning needs in a nursery environment.
