Responsibilities include monitoring laws and regulatory developments, conducting privacy and security risk assessments, maintaining data management plans and policies, supporting breach response, training employees, advising cross-functional teams, handling customer privacy requests, and acting as a data protection officer and regulator contact for subsidiaries.

Supports paid media campaigns, influencer and community partnerships, in-app promotions, performance reporting, and campaign optimization across multiple brands. Tracks marketing projects, supports rewards programs, systematizes workflows, and monitors brand health and competitors. The role combines creative marketing execution with data analysis, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Create and curate social content aligned to REFASH branding across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and the website; spot trends and propose viral content ideas and campaigns; manage community engagement (comments/DMs); collaborate with Marketing on content calendars, partnerships, and activations; use AI tools to speed ideation and production; perform ad-hoc marketing tasks.
