Own end-to-end UX research across buyer and seller marketplace journeys. Conduct interviews, usability tests, concept and prototype validation, and journey mapping; synthesize findings into actionable product recommendations; establish repeatable usability testing; build reusable insight assets; connect qualitative research with behavioral analytics; and influence product prioritization and design decisions through clear stakeholder communication.

Engage inbound and outbound automotive leads through phone and WhatsApp, understand customer needs, recommend vehicles, overcome objections, and close fully digital sales. Coordinate inspections, test drives, dealers, financing partners, and customer appointments while maintaining accurate CRM records. Ensure transparent pricing, financing information, privacy compliance, and effective issue escalation. The role requires strong telesales performance in a high-volume, target-driven environment and involves hybrid office work, rotational shifts, and a 12-month contract.

Reviews user-submitted text, images, videos, and listings for compliance with platform policies. Identifies and removes or escalates misleading, spam, fraudulent, or prohibited content while meeting quality, productivity, KPI, and SLA targets. Researches marketplace trends, collaborates on ambiguous cases, provides policy feedback, and participates in training and quality initiatives. The role requires English and Malay communication, attention to detail, high-volume task management, rotational shifts, and hybrid office work.
