Provides executive leadership for the Tribe’s community development portfolio, overseeing Public Works, Planning, Trust Services, housing development, infrastructure, land use, and capital projects. Supervises department directors, coordinates cross-functional priorities, manages budgets and contracts, advises Tribal leadership, oversees project governance and reporting, and represents the Tribe with agencies, contractors, utilities, governments, and community stakeholders.

Provides short-term support for department operations, events, routine tasks, projects, and special assignments. Follows policies, procedures, and safety guidelines; communicates with supervisors and team members; maintains confidentiality and professionalism; and completes work accurately and on time. Assignments may involve office or field duties, flexible scheduling, and occasional driving. Specific responsibilities, education, experience, physical requirements, and certifications vary by placement.

Provides outpatient mental health treatment to children and adults using therapeutic modalities, neurofeedback, and related technologies. Develops individualized treatment plans, documents care, monitors outcomes, addresses safety concerns, and collaborates with clinical teams. Maintains compliance with HIPAA, licensing, and applicable regulations while supporting clinic activities and completing required training.
