Mentor two Solution Executives, lead process-mapping workshops and Odoo demonstrations, design solution architectures, present commercial proposals, set team targets, optimize sales workflows, and support strategic outbound campaigns. The role requires strong ERP expertise, complex B2B software sales experience, management capability, and fluent Portuguese and English.

Lead end-to-end ERP projects and sub-projects, analyze IT architectures, design automated business processes, and develop feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses. Advise C-level stakeholders, lead workshops, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and provide expertise across Finance, Operations, Logistics, or HR. The role requires strong analytical, consulting, communication, and project leadership skills in English and Spanish.
