Leads the company’s HR function, partnering with senior leadership on workforce strategy, employee engagement, retention, compliance, benefits, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and talent development. Manages HR communications, records, external benefits providers, and an HR administrator while supporting organizational planning and culture initiatives.

Provides tier-one seller support through email and live chat, reviews files for missing or critical documents, enters client communications, verifies report data, tracks errors, closes support tickets, and prepares files for printing and shipping. Works from the employer’s office two to three days per week.

Supports the cybersecurity GRC program through risk assessments, risk-register management, third-party vendor reviews, customer security questionnaires, audits, control assurance, compliance monitoring, and executive reporting. The role evaluates cloud and technology risks, coordinates remediation, maintains governance documentation, develops cybersecurity metrics, and improves processes through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools. It collaborates with security, technology, legal, compliance, audit, procurement, customers, and business stakeholders.
