Drivers must understand traffic signs, maps, schedules, and applicable transportation regulations while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to passenger needs.

Manages client complaints, incidents, and accidents by investigating issues, coordinating responses with transportation providers, ensuring service-level and compliance requirements, tracking resolutions, compiling reports, identifying trends, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The role also assists internal departments, communicates with clients and leadership, monitors non-compliance, and distributes quality and compliance guidance.
