Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities as the frontline Customer Care Representative. Provide customer assistance using computer systems, resolve inquiries, and escalate complex issues as skills progress. Work on-site during scheduled shifts and maintain high service standards.

The Ombudsman investigates and resolves member issues, collaborates with advocacy groups, and develops processes to enhance member experience, ensuring effective communication and support for members.

Perform audits, data sampling, extraction and reconciliation, monitor performance metrics, produce routine and ad-hoc reports, analyze service interruptions and severe weather impacts, maintain databases, run SQL/XML queries, and partner with stakeholders to interpret findings and recommend improvements.
